Description

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support developing Intermediary Management System and its daily operations
  • Oversee intermediary registration process and assess intermediaries, with a focus on the Life business
  • Handle and manage all intermediary financing and process of the commission/finance payment and bonuses
  • Continuously contribute & implement improvement opportunities to enhance intermediary system enhancement
  • Provide user requirements and work with Project team, IT or other stakeholders to perform UAT

Skills or Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in banking/insurance industry
  • Strong service orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
