Are you looking to expand your career in an administrative/ reception role within the Oakville area? Do you come from 1 to 2 years experience in a reception role? We would love to talk with you!

We are currently partnering with an organization in Oakville to find their next reception superstar! This a permanent position located on the border of Oakville and Mississauga. Your primary responsibilities will involve covering reception handling a high volume of calls, greeting clients, scheduling meeting rooms, and assisting with general office administrative needs. This will be a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility.

- Answering all incoming calls and coordinating them to the appropriate individual
- Scheduling meeting rooms and ensuring rooms are tidy
- Providing office support to others as needed
- Entering information into the system as required
- Welcoming visitors and managing the visitor's log

- Permanent Full-time opportunity
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm with some flexibility
- Annual salary of $35,000 to $37,000
- Benefits available after three months (medical and dental)
- Two weeks vacation, prorated
- Easy access to the highway - Located on the border of Oakville/Mississauga right off the QEW
- Great team environment!

- 1 to 2 years of experience in reception and administration would be an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Ability to work well with others
- Organization and time management is required in this role
